ARDEN MEDICAL CENTRE - Repeat Prescription Service Request Service (in conjunction with emisaccess) page updated 19/03/10 Home | New User Registration | Existing Users New Users If you have not used the Online Repeat Prescription Service before, then please see how you can register to use this system.Click here to find out how to register>> Existing Users : Repeat Prescription Request Please read the notes below carefully before "clicking" to go to the "emis access" sign in page Note 1 Please remember to have your Practice ID Number ; Access ID Number & Password ready. Remember passwords are 'case sensitive' and must be entered exactly how they were first entered when you first registered. Note 2 Please allow 2 clear working days before collecting your prescription from Arden Medical Centre. Note 3 Prescriptions for collection at Windridges : If you require the signed prescription to be sent directly to Windridges, please enter WINDRIDGES in the comments box at the bottom of the prescription request screen. Please allow at least another day (3 working days in all) before going into the chemist to collect your medicines. Note 4 The comments box on the prescription request screen is for notes about this prescription only. Note 5 The 'emis access' facility shows appointments already made.
