New Users
Registration to use the repeat prescription request facility
   
Step 1 You must apply in person at Arden Medical Centre to get a registration form, which will contain access information to the secure medical record service - "emis access".
   
Step 2 You then need to create a user account on "emis access" by completing two registration screens.
Click the link below and then select "Create your account".
Then complete the two registration screens :-
  Screen 1 - enables the system to check your identity when you log on.
  Screen 2 - you enter a password and security details that no-one else will know.
  Please note that passwords are 'case sensitive' so you will need te remember exactly how you entered it when you access the system in the future.
  Once registered, please proceed using link and notes for Existing Users given below.

After You Have Created Your Account
Please read the notes below carefully before "clicking" to go to the "emis access" sign in page
   
Note 1 Please remember to have your Practice ID Number ; Access ID Number & Password ready.
Remember passwords are 'case sensitive' and must be entered exactly how they were first entered when you first registered.
   
Note 2 Please allow 2 clear working days before collecting your prescription from Arden Medical Centre.
   
Note 3 Prescriptions for collection at Windridges : If you require the signed prescription to be sent directly to Windridges, please enter WINDRIDGES in the comments box at the bottom of the prescription request screen. Please allow at least another day (3 working days in all) before going into the chemist to collect your medicines.
   
Note 4 The comments box on the prescription request screen is for notes about this prescription only.
   
Note 5 The 'emis access' facility shows appointments already made. Arden Medical Centre does not currently use an on-line appointment booking system .
