Please remember to have your Practice ID Number ; Access ID Number & Password ready. Remember passwords are 'case sensitive' and must be entered exactly how they were first entered when you first registered. |

Please allow 2 clear working days before collecting your prescription from Arden Medical Centre. |

Prescriptions for collection at Windridges : If you require the signed prescription to be sent directly to Windridges, please enter WINDRIDGES in the comments box at the bottom of the prescription request screen. Please allow at least another day (3 working days in all) before going into the chemist to collect your medicines. |
