If you have symptoms of flu, please do NOT visit the surgery.

Please return home and call the surgery on 01564 739194 where a telephone consultation will be arranged with your GP.

If the surgery is closed, please call the above number for our “out of hours” service, or call NHS Direct on 0845 4647.

Flu Vaccinations - At Risk Groups

At risk groups are as follows:

  • Individuals over 65 years of age
  • Those aged 6 months or over with

                   Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

                   Asthma

                   Chronic heart disease

                   Chronic renal disease

                   Chronic liver disease

                   Chronic neurological disease

                   Diabetes

                   Immunosuppressed patients

  • All pregnant women
  • Household contacts of immuno-compromised patients
  • Carers
